yea i was talking to him also but they are $$$$$$. again it comes down to can they perform better than what i have now, when i say perform im talking about growth and color of all my corals, power consumption is no concern to me.

Also they hve multiple 75 watts leds installed with already powerful t5s and obvious very pricey ....I was expecting leds more for a moon light purpose ...don't know if reefers r gne be paying $$$$ for these fixtures

Build your own t5/led retro....

not with yucky DIY leds but with some nice units and t5 retro....

I turned on 1 of my t5s again today... I was having great results with my sol/t5 combo and things have gone a bit south with the vega's.... Don't know if its a user error or my parameters.... But I went back to using 1 ati true actinic to supplement them....

All these sfiligoi t5s hybrid fixtures including their metal halides ones r discontinued and sfiligoi r going stepping in led business only ...at least that's what I heard ...
Also I hve used ati sunpower fixtures before and I believe they r best t5s Ever made .....
I am still debating between Which fixture to go with and but I am more leaning towards radions pro ... I hve a very large carpet and huge clam that I know for sure can use a bit of halides ...lol
I am thinking about ordering 3 pros and hung all 3 pros along with my couple halides through the ceiling and remove my canopy .....I know it's too much light for my reef that I need at this stage I am limited with my options because of carpet and clams ....
My photo period for the halides will be couple hours ...that's the plan so far and rest time it'll be leds ....

Bro I wish I could go the the entire led light not that I don't like halides but at this moment I want to run my tank as cool as possible ......and I know for sure leds won't be sufficient for carpet and that huge clam ....
I hve to come up with a hanging plan that how this is possible without looking too ugly

yep, it is amazing how much a cheap clip on fan works. When I was running my MH in a enclosed space back in the in-wall tank a fan kept my temp stable.

I bit the bullet today for 1 gen 2 radion I will see how I like it, then will get more if I like it of course. Sorry chris I held out as long as I could. lol

I looked at these ati but they were ridiculously expensive but Im sure they will have the great quality ati is known for.
