I have two T5 Coralife HO black light fixtures. $25 each.
Bulbs are 31 watt each.
Both will come with one set of legs. Both have 10k and actinic bulbs with only a couple of months use on the bulbs.

The fixtures are 29" but the legs are adjustable and can reach out to 34" and go much smaller.
