I don't believe anything is required. Maybe a choice frag for me :) but I believe we are set.

Nothing is required. I will note that we will be accepting payments for charter memberships at the meeting. Anyone who has been wanting to charter up.

And if anyone is getting choice frags it will be the hostess!! :)

Just was wondering for us folks on the other side of town has anyone heard on any lane closures due to the 281/1604 construction. That way we can seek an alternate route.

Allan, don't you still owe me a frag of those pink zoas before the chaos of the leaking tank.

Uh... That's the only colony that I lost during the move. Did you PayPal me or was I hooking you up? I can pay you back if the former is the case, latter... I can hook you up with something but they won't be pinks as I no longer have them.

I've purchased a charter membership & received my card.

My g/f is not a paid member.

My question is - can we pay the extra $15 ($25 + $15 = $40) and upgrade her to a couples charter?

That shouldn't be an issue if your charter is less than a few months or so.

Route 3 is best.

I don't believe they've planned any closures this weekend. I could be wrong. The ramp from 281n to 1604e has been open without closures for quite awhile.

It was fun. Hope those that made it took enough away to have fun on their next build.
Ben and I will start working on a thread outlining the products we used, where to find them, a list of procedures, tips, and possibly links to ideas.

Give us a little while.

For those that asked the color of the mortar once dried I pulled this post from my tank build thread. The pics are before any water was added to the tank.

"I finished up the back drop. Horrible pics, but I was trying to hurry because I didn't have it mounted and was worried it would crash to the floor.

It was great. I ended up using mortar on my latest scape and it turned out phenomenal! I would have been much harder without firewater and scutterborn teaching us the secrets of the aquascape masters!

Did anyone video record it? I would love to know these secrets :). I plan on doing that for my 145G tank. Maybe even some in this 55G I have set up now.

Nope, sorry. It was not recorded. Ben and I plan to write up a DIY thread one of these days. In the meantime I'm sure either Ben or myself would be more than happy to help out.
