Does anybody even use these for saltwater tanks? I had it when I was freshwater but i do my water changes way different now

Not really, if it's what I'm thinking about with the hose that connects to the faucet. Just because almost all of us use RO exclusively.

I do!! love it. I vacuum the sand bed and also with 50 ft hose and a mag 18, I can mix water in garage and pump right in tank without ever dropping a single drop on my floor. I also use it on tank tear downs

brotha you can never have too much stuff for your tank. all my buddies love when I help them, aaron and I took down a 215,150 fresh water with fish ranging from 4"-24" in 3 hours loaded up tanks took then to new in another 3 hours. not one fish lost. having a mag 18 and 12 and lots of hose comes in handy.

Ha, the Wife would gladly disagree lol. I cant believe I never thought about using it with a return pump though!
