Algey for refugium

What is the best algae to put in a refugium I just got mine set up I live on the north east side of town, where is the best place to get some? And how much do I get?

If your going to feed it to some of your fish then use calurpa, but just as a nutrient export then cheato.

You can swing by my place and snag some if you want. I have cheato. I can give you a baseball sized clump.
