Ok so I'm looking into a dimming feature on the RKL, do the ballasts need to be plugged into a pc4 to be controlled or do they just go plugged into any power strip and then the RKL will turn them on and off through the MLC?

The RKL will control the 0-10 volt on the dimming ballast

So in essence, it will always be on, just at say, 0 volt output?
