I Have a Mystery

Okay guys, I have had a problem, some of my fish have went missing. The fish that went missing are my Melanarus Wrasse, Blue Hippo Tang, and my Cleaner wrasse, the Blue hippo i seen this morning but when the lights turned on he is no where to be seen. The only livestock in the tank is my pair of perculas, pair of chromis, 2 orange mollies, a big Sea Hare and a peppermint shrimp anybody know what has caused it? I also noticed my cleaner wrasse and melanarus went missing when adding the sea hare.

Temp is at 78.1 and I checked with a mirror no sign yet... Checked and I found a diamond goby that disappeared about a year ago.

Would a tang wedge him self under a piece of liverock?

My bad. Ive lost a tang in the pvc before. plumbing. Is there anyway the tang got in the plumbing?

Did ya look for any crispy dried out fish behind the tank? I've had plenty of wrasse jump out before. They may also borough into the sand...I've seen my melanurus do this. My hippo will also hide in an orange monti cap I have too...it's about a 15" cap though

it is really funny my over flow slits are only about 1" and she is about 2.5" tall don't even know how she got in there.
