Lately I've been seeing my zoas start to lose color and I feel it may be due to overskimming (my skimmer is HUGE for my tank), is there a way to program the RKL from the head unit to turn on my skimmer on and off on certain days?
I want it on MWF and off the other days, any ideas on how to do this?

Why not have it turn it off at night?

I also have a ridiculously large skimmer and plan to run it on a lunar cycle. If my tank is ever gonna get setup...

If not you can set it to "light" and pick the times you want it to turn on and off, each day I believe... That's the way it looks on the RKE..

Don't feel dumb, the RK seems complex but its easy once you figure it out....
Get yourself a net module!

Yes I need a net module! I had one for a short while but it's bus connection had salt creep so I had to take it back. And I wasn't feeding them anything which was the problem. Today I feed some reef snow for the first time and turned the skimmer off. Hopefully a few skimmerless days and a weekly feeding will do them well.
