Our October frag swap is less than a week away! Here are a few things to keep in mind, just to make things fun and easy for everyone.

*Sellers - please do not arrive at the building before 12 noon. Arriving earlier just makes things more hectic for everyone :) Don't forget the necessities - extension cords and power strips, tank towels for cleanup, bags or containers for your frags, change, extra water (if needed), and everything for your tank setup (lights, powerheads, filters, heaters) if you are using one. We need to leave the building just as it was when we arrived.

*Attendees - please do not arrive before 1pm, the building will be closed for setup until then. remember to bring along a cooler (with an icepack if it's hot), cash in smaller bills ($5's and $10's will serve you much better than larger bills) as most sellers have a limited ability to make change. A notepad if you need it, to make notes on your new corals. Please help us keep the building clean, it makes it much easier on the club members if everyone pitches in.

We are expecting a large crowd, so please bring your patience and a sense of humor :) This is a friendly bunch, so be sure to take the time to visit and "talk tanks". We are going to have a raffle, so be sure to get those tickets!

We look forward to seeing everyone on Sunday, it's going to be a great time! More information can be found about the swap here:

We look forward to seeing everyone there!

It's Chris. He is choosing between actual work and going to the frag swap. Of course he is going to the swap.

I may be there one eyed and shifty, no loud noises or bright lights if I manage to make it out there please, LOL. My wife set an ultimatum that if people spend the night at our party this time, they have to be out by 12. I feel like our house is going to be like a hotel!

STOP IT!

ugh. That's actually what I am going for. Picked up a niece piece of fat and happy sun coral toady from Polly's.
I don't know why it didn't click before: seahorses eat a lot of mysis, NPS like Suns and balanos eat a lot of mysis.
I don't need to upgrade the lighting and I am already feeding the seahorse cube twice a day anyway!
