Had a question concerning getting another clownfish possibly a mated pair. Question is if I already have 2 t/r percula clownfish and was wondering if I added one or 2 Black & White Ocellaris Clownfish would this cause war in my tank? Right now it's a 36 gallon with 50+lb of lr with a royal gramma and a green mandarin that hides all day long. The 2 clowns I currently have are still relatively young and I have only had them maybe 3 months. The femal in the last month or so has started to grow and establish dominance. I'd really like to get one or 2 of these guys to finish out my stock list. I will be hopefully by Christmas be moving my set up to a 75 gallon set up but as for now and then will the addition of the new clowns be met with open arms or will it kick off a war in my tank. Thanks guys!!!

You will start out with four, and wind up with two. There will be a full scale war at some point in the future, and two will die.
It's been tried in much larger tanks, with little to no success.

thought about a Flasher Wrasse or a midis blenny, anyone have either one? i want something that will be active because my Green Mandarin is always behind the rocks eating and the royal gramma he swims but if your in the room and move hes right back in his hole.

I was looking over your stock. What about a tiger blennie/goby? They will clean your frags for you.:bigsmile:Very good. No peroxide needed to remove bad algae.

I don't know anything about wrasses. I have a cleaner and a melanarus. They both swim a lot.
