What is this?

This weird black patch recently appeared..it's full of what a think are copapods. The tank is a 55 with some live rock 2 clown fish and is a month old.

Also what is this little guy? There's a few on the glass

One looks like black slime, the other is a glass anemone or mejano. Both are nuisance.

How do I get rid of them? Black slime? It looks like someone shaves then dumped their clipping in the tank.
