Cleaner shrimp

Anyone else have a cleaner shrimp that is no where to be seen all day. As soon as food is present he appears from his hiding spot. Also wants nothing to do with the fish. Both my yellow and powder blue tang go up to it . Does nothing but go back to his cave.

How long has it been in the tank. I've heard some can be skittish for quite awhile.

Almost a month. He already molted once. Does not seem shy during feeding time. Soon as the food is gone, so is he.

Give it some time. A month isn't too long.
