Who changed the forum time? [Archive]

Looks like the forum timezone is out of whack. It's not my settings, I'm on GMT -6. It appears about 5 hours.

Hey, the time is fixed! Kind of...seems to be about 30 minutes fast now. It's currently 11:17 AM...
