IMO wrasse seem to stress fish out more due to them chasing the fish to clean them shrimp r
Are not as fast to do so

Honestly, neither is going to "treat" ich. They can help only limit the population, keep it in check so to speak. The only way to "treat" ich, is to quarantine the fish and leave the tank fallow for 9-10 weeks. It sucks, but it's the only real treatment.

Yeah im not necessarily trying to treat it like you said i want to keep the population down.

OMG . . . lol cleaner wrasse. Your tangs will be doing the backstroke. shrimp can carry ick fyi The tangs will actually float while their being cleaned.

I have a cleaner wrasse all he does is chase fish and **** them off from time to time. Emily likes it so it stays. I wouldn't add a fish that's going to prob stress your sick fish more.

Idk if they work or not but cleaner shrimp are cool to watch when hopping on a tang to clean them......

Very cool to see and I never found out why my 2 died..... They were big and fat, I am thinking a peppermint is to blame as he has taken over there location..... I plan to add some more later... Or a gold banded...
