I'm not sure if there's another section of the forum for me to post this or not, I apologize in advance if there is!
I just wanted to introduce myself, I'm David, I live in Del Rio during the week but commute to San Antonio on weekends. I've got a 75 gallon that I'm working on stocking now. Glad I found this forum! I'm looking forward to learning a lot from my fellow Texas reefers!

Right now I'm running a 75 gallon with overflow and about a 15 gallon oceanic drip fuge. I've got an AWESOME 48" 3 bulb MH and T-5 light fixture, but right now that fixture is at my sister in-law's house and I won't get it until this weekend. In the mean time I have a PAR30 LED bulb, a blue LED strip, and a 24 inch T5 and Actininc fixture. So as a result, only about 75% of my tank is getting proper lighting right now :/ It's not a huge problem though because I have all of my coral spotlighted with the LED and directly under the other strip lights, so I think they're getting plenty of light, especially for what they are. I've got a leather, a candy cane frag, a blue xenia, and some green mushrooms. My Xenia hasn't really "inflated" and started to pulse since I put him in yesterday, so hopefully today he gets a little more comfortable. I've got a mated pair of clowns, two neon gobies, a lookout goby, a lawnmower blenny, and three talbot's damselfish. I was concerned with keeping the talbot's (I've had them from the beggining of the cycle) but there isn't any aggression towards the other fish.

My name's actually David... the screen name refers to an old nintendo game!
No, I'm new to Texas. I'm in Del Rio for the AF and my wife is over at Randolph, hence why I drive up every weekend.

Ah, got it. I'm in the Army, stationed at Fort Sam. I was up at Sheppard AFB for 4.5 years.
