anyone have a number for these guys . order a bunch of items , was supposed to come today , i think it came in about 2 days early and have been sitting in a mail box for 2 days , instead of being brought to my house and signed for

I've ordered from them many times and if you pick ground delivery your package is usually sent via USPS and arrives in 2-3 days. They didn't ask for a signature when i got my packages. Sorry no number, hope your problem gets resolved though.

Never had a problem with RC, John is a pretty good guy! I do however have a problem with packages disappearing off my front porch after they have supposedly been delivered.

Did you get our email? Glad you were able to find it in the mail box, in the future if an order is running late or missing you should check there, or on the expected date. Not all mail carriers will delivery to the door unfortunately.

yes i did get an email and asked if i could have late delivery and was told that it will likely come friday which was perfectly fine for me but , im not sure how long its been sitting in the mail box ,
there was no slip saying we missed them , they just never came to my house just the mail box down the street

central mail box for the neighborhood, no signature requested , most of the water was gone, and the bag shriveled up from loss of air and water.

so far some of the snails are moving , nothing else

what do i need to do with them , mabye 5 or 6 snails are actually moving the rest aren't doing anything , they have been sitting in a hot box since yesterday afternoon , im guessing not much is alive in there
