We paid $79 for it, has a float valve for sump and when water drops it turns the pump on in your container. Pretty simple and works great. You do not need to purchase anything else. No idea what brand it is. You want it?

There are about 3 of them, maybe 4 and they are each long, 8"+ on the inside glass. There is also some trim missing on the left side of the tank but I believe that's because the overflow was added there. Much more noticeable if you don't keep the glass clean.

I will try and capture them tonight and post up.

stand: about 34" H

total height 64"

Has a thick glass rim all the way around and two braces that stretch front to back, one near the overflow and the other in the middle, both are double pane thick.

Tank is 1/2" thick glass.
