doesnt have to have anything inside, i am just going to use it as a carbon reactor on christy's 29 gallon

Dude,
I have a cannister filter taking up room in my closet. Only... it needs an impellor. I don't think it would be a hassle to find one. Comes with the hoses and locking mechanism for the top.
Cost, I would like to get what I paid for it. Oh yeah, it was free. :)
It's yours if you want it. If not, I may have to toss it as it doesn't seem like I will ever get around to fixing it.

I found all the parts except for hoses but the motor dosent seem to work

How that canister work for your carbon reactor? I would like to hear some results! I was hoping i may use one to put a sock of carbon or layer it between a couple of peices of foam as well as some kind of media for phosphates.

seems to be working well. the tank is all cleared up and it is simple to change out the carbon/filter pad
