How much chloramine can a RO unit handle? My supplier informed me that a well is down and I'm getting City water treated with chloramines for several weeks.

What will I need to replace?

you need a specialty filter to remover it. check bulkreef supply website, I believe carbon blocks don't remove it.

Solid has a 7 or 8 stage ro unit to handle chloramines in Corpus. Looking at Buckeye Fieldsupply's website you need catalytic carbon to breakdown the chloramine into parts that the ro membrane and di stages can remove.
