It works pretty well. I had a rock that had tons of algae around my bam bams. I did a 1:5 cup ration and let it soak for 5 minutes then rinsed in saltwater before putting it back in the tank.
The bam bams did fine, however kenya tree not so much. Lol all pods and starfish will die though so be warned.

very nice. I put my hairy frags in with the tangs and see what they will do. But I bought some peroxide today.
Im just curious in a tea cup how much peroxide and how much sw? and how long to dip?
I heard 50/50 for how long for a frag plug? funny I only get hair on the plugs. no where else.

I used an actual measuring cup and do the 1:5 peroxide:sw ratio. Ask Chris/big_pun cause he's the one that told me about it.

After putting my hairy frags in with the tangs the hairy algae is alll gone. Did not need peroxide. Tangs did the work.
