Comes with two air dryers, one requires drying and the other is ready to go. I've used this, and UV over the last couple of years... I'm thinking that I will only do UV this time around.

Redsea four plug wave maker. I run koralias and I've got to let y'all know that there are times when this thing is turned on and off that the koralias have a capacity to run backwards. I'm not 100% certain in which direction I will be going for flow, but it won't be this way.

Allan, the running backwards of the koralias is due to the bump stop on the front cover getting worn. The wavemaker has no effect on them running backwards. Just email hydor and they will send you new covers.

Yeah, I read something about that here. Maybe I will give that a shot. I think the other reason is with this waver they shut off entirely. With the hydor waver I don't believe it shuts off all the way, rather high and low speed.

You should keep that O3 generator!

As a paperweight?

Not sure if my skimmer is ozone compatible.

I'm not even sure I completely understand what the ozone generator does. Water clarity, I've gathered, mostly.

Makes your skimmer super efficient by doing something additional to the nutrient molecule. Bill told me once to be wary as you can cleaning the water so well as to starve coral.

Or something like that.
