seahorse experts i need your help

ok so i got this sea horse a kuda i think and i was wondering what size tank will work for it the only thing i have set up is a 5 gallon tank with some macro algea in it would this work or do i need a bigger tank? and also what do i feed it?

25 gallons or more for up to a pair of the same type.
frozen mysis if it's tank bred/raised. good luck if it's not.
depending how big it is it may enjoy saltwater feeder shrimp (polly's had some the last time I was there)
