bulbs glowing orange?

i was messing with a coralife low iutput t5 and when i try to turn it on the ends of bulbs glow orange but dont turn on why is this the bulbs are only a few months old?

If its multiple bulbs doing it. Bad ballast or a wire is crossing somewhere causing loss of power to get them to fully ignite.

it is multiple bulbs but i tried checking that but i cant get to the fixtures ballast
