Tank pump recently went out, in process of removing it, I loosened the seal on return bulkhead and sprung a leak. I had to remove all the fish, corals and live rock to get to it, fixed it, replaced everything but in process stirred up alot of sediment and now I have Really cloudy water w sediment everywhere. I'm using filter socks, (don't last long & quickly become clogged) using freshly changed Dual BRS reactor, protein skimmer... Any other suggestions as to how to speed this up???? I also replaced 30% of water......

You should be fine, everything will clear up in time. Your corals might be a little angry for a while, but should be fine once it clears up... Since this happened yesterday, how are things looking now?

All my Sps are freaking bleaching out..... Checked SG,Ph, ammonia, nitrates and nitrites, all are within normal limits... So bummed out, but I'll get over it......

Dumb question, but since I removed all my live rock due to leak above, I'm in the process of re aqua scaping my tank, found lots of areas where I guess sludge had build up... Should I go ahead and remove all that or there a benefits to leaving it alone?????

If you can remove the debris, remove it. You might very well get a spike in ammonia and nitrates. Be prepared to change water too - that's really the best thing. Drain water from the bottom, and replace with fresh.

Maybe run some carbon too?
