I have two skimmers taking up space in my reef equipement closet.

First is a Reef Octopus 150.
This started on as a regular NW 150 (needle wheel 150), and it worked great. However, with my constant and obsesive need to tinker I upgraded the impeller to the pinwheel design. See the picture showing both impellers. The pinwheel has many many more needles providing many more bubbles and more importantly smaller bubbles. It worked great before this upgrade, but really pull out nasty stuff after this upgrade. I will include both impellers. I suggest sticking with the upgraded pinwheel impeller and keep the needle wheel for a spare. Both work great, but the upgraded impeller is drastically better.
PENDING
Second is a skimmer that came from a complete system I bought and I just don't need it. It is a Pro-Clear Aquatics 150. Its nothing fancy, no needlewheels, pinwheels, conical chambers, bubble plates, yada yada yada, or any of that stuff...but it does work very well and it is cheap. When I picked up this system the skimmer cup looked like it was full of molasses. Its not the latest greatest trend to hit the market, but it does work well, does not have a big footprint in the sump, and pulls a lot of gunk out of the water.
$50 or just make me an offer....

I placed a Lone Star Light beer can in the pictures for a size reference. Let me know if you need me to measure anything or if you need any further details on either skimmer.

pm me or post here for anything.

Octopus has been gone for a while, and the other skimmer is supposed to go to a new home tomorrow. I will update the thread when the last skimmer goes.
