Hey folks,

I'm in the market for some of the fittings that connects the inside with the outside. I keep forgetting what these are called.

I want to create an overflow style drain from inside a container that can be routed to the sump. And of course Home Depot doesn't have anything like that.

I will be stopping by the LFS on the way home to see if I can't pick up a few to continue my project. Wife isn't happy that I've got a 50 gallon container in her living room.

I'm not sure what the uni seal is, but bulkhead sounds right.

Uniseal is what I'm looking for as well... Apparently it's a bulkhead.

How much do you want for them?

Why don't they understand that it just adds character to the house?!! Mine feels the same way about freshly mixed saltwater jugs sitting in our living room.

There was somewhere I thought you could get these locally, I can't remember though. I know a few LFS may have them, Gabe used to stock some.

Cool. I'm adding a 50 gallon fuge to my system. In addition I'm trying to make a 50 gallon mixing station tied to the fuge for waterchanges.

Put a lamp on it and tell her it's a conversation piece. LOL

Or modern art... Only we see it at so many other reefer's homes that she's likely not going to believe me.
