Could you please identify this. I have them all over my rock. I have some artifical live rock that it first started to appear on and it's covered with these. Is it a sponge or should I be concerned. Also I have what appears to be flat worms but they are completely white like snow flakes, not clear. I tried to take some pics but they looked blurry in the pics. I couldn't find very much info for white flatworms.

It is a form of Tunicates it is a filter feeder very benifitial , do a google search alot of info on them.

Those look a lot more like pineapple sponges to me... also a filter feeder and beneficial to your tank.
