I'm just now getting around to installing my system. The instructions reference a yellow tube for the drain line...my kit did not come with a yellow hose. No hose at all actually, just the pieces attached to the membrane. Am I missing something? While I'm on it, is there a specific hose I need to use for a long run? I am going to route the clean water line to my fish room through the attic using PVC as a conduit.

It's just 1/4" polyethylene tubing. The different colors are just for identification, otherwise it's all the same. I ran my output from a kitchen cabinet, under the house to the tank in the living room. A distance of about 30 feet using the same 1/4" tubing. It's not in any conduit, but is attached to the floor joists and inside the insulation. It gets cold in the winter, but so far has never frozen.

Where can I get the bib adapter that would let me connect the 1/4" tubing?

Never mind, I see that BFS sells them. Couldn't find them on the site at first.

Do you mean that you bought a new system from Buckeye and it didn't come with any tubing? Tubing is the first thing that goes in the box - its under all the peanuts.

It's possible. It's also possible I tossed it on accident. I'm normally pretty good about digging all around in boxes to make sure, but I can't say positively or not this time. I ordered in December. I've ordered so much stuff in the last few months I don't think I have the original packaging anymore. At this point, all I have is the RODI unit and the box with the instructions and accessories. For the price of tubing, I'm certainly not going to sweat it. I have to run it 30ft anyways. Does it sound like the only item I am missing was tubing?

Everything else would have been attached to the system, or within the small box within the big box.

I was cleaning the garage today and while I was pouring out the peanuts of an empty box, what would you guess I found? All the houses from the shipment, they were here all along. I wanted to update this to note BFS had indeed included all the parts it was me who couldn't keep track of them.
