Anyone using the new units? I think I remember someone saying they were getting them but never saw a review after that. I am going to wait to replace my t5 unit until I see specs on the new ai unit but wanted to see if anyone was running these.

Im hoping the vega is taking longer because they are adding a couple more led channels. :)

Talk to Louis about them next time your at Elegant. He was giving me some specs a few weeks back. I like how you can position them independantly.

Yeah Ive been hearing really good stuff about them lately but they are still pretty new.

They look good on paper. I was really tempted to try them out but I chickened and I am still happy with my sols. I will more then likely try them out on the new tank at work.

I'm really happy with them so far other than the power supplies. I had one burn out and when I got ahold of customer service they informed me that max spect has developed a more rugged cooler running power supply and they are shipping me not just one to replace my burnt one but all four new style supplies. They are back ordered but I still can't complain because I got an answer in about 24hrs. The versatility of these lights us incredible as well. They have other led chips for them such as a fiji purple which I plan to try out
