I'm looking for a good nano skimmer, I will need one for a 35g(give or take a gallon) w/sump. I'm looking at the bubble magus nac qq, but have also looked at the tunz doc 9002. Is there any other good nano options out there? I like the look of the bm nac qq skimmer, it's simple and looks well built, but I want to make sure I get something that will work good. The tank will be almost coral only, mixed with sps, lps, softies. There will be a few fish but not tons, mainly a couple for "fish food.

For the last two weeks I have borrowed a MAAST members spare Tunze 9002 and it worked very well here on my 29g. Very easy to set up, takes up minimal room in tank, magnet worked very well at holding it in place. I have a canopy so the cup was not an issue. Worked so well my candy cane was not happy with the clean water, so I will probably go back to just relying on water changes to expel waste.

I ran the Tunze on my old Finnex. I was very happy with it as it was reliable and did not need constant messing with. My only issue was at cleaning time - it was a pain to clean properly.

I would consider looking into the reef octopus bh-50. looks pretty legit to me as far as nano skimmers go
