HELP with lighting question...

I added a 20 L to my wet & dry because I want to put plants and some Invertebrates in it . But I don't know what kind of lighting to use can any one help me. On top is a 125 Reef Aquarium. What do you thank about 96W 24" T5 HO Aquarium Light or do you know any thing better.

or less you plan to keep some really high light macro I would think a 2 bulb t5 would be plenty
