We are pleased to invite you to:

Acrylic Workshop

This will be a hands-on make and take workshop led by the acrylics masters, Jack and Ace of Wet Acrylics. You'll have the chance to build your choice of brine shrimp hatchery base OR a photobox for underwater photography! $5 materials fee is required for each project. Please bring your own empty 2L soda bottle to complete the brine shrimp hatchery. * Don't forget the bottle cap to go along with the 2L soda bottle *

So, who plans to attend this meeting? Lets start a list to get an idea on materials needed etc. I plan to be there, I wanna make a brine shrimp hatchery.

If any of you didn't make it to the first acrylic workshop you really should consider this! Such useful information and skill. It's really a great opportunity for the bargain price of 5 bucks! :)

​I plan on attending and have no clue what to make, can i do both? also i'm new to the club and need to pay my club fee as well can i do that on the same day?

Absolutely you can do both, just will be $10 materials fee ($5/project). And yes, you can pay dues in person at the meetings by cash or check. (Or you can pay online by paypal or credit card any time by adding a paid subscription on your user profile settings.)

ok, for a hatchery it needs to be 6 1/4" x 12" and for a photobox it needs to be 6 1/4" x 24"

thank you for the info, i wish i was able to go with Irma to the meetings because i have so many questions but sadly i go to school on Saturday till 6pm but Irma gets to go so its ok. thanks again

Hey guys, thanks for the great class on acrylics. I've been wanting to learn how to do small acrylic stuff like that for a while, so it was incredibly helpful. Learned a bunch, and it was great seeing folks from MAAST again (2 years and 2 trips to Iraq since my last MAAST meeting).
