I am here from 5:30am to 5 pm and I can stay late except for Tuesdays and Fridays. Fedex gets here around 10:30 and UPS has a am delivery also.

They are nocturnal for the most part, but you will find them once in a while early in the am and if that happens it has a good chance of getten eaten. I have been told they taste bad so they are noramally spit back out but are damaged and don't make it? There biggest threat is a peppermint shrimp, because many times they are nocturnal too.

I seen my mystery wrasse plug one and spit its broken body back out. I purchased 10 of them. Between the laser and them all of the ones in my DT are gone. I still find some in my sump and over flows but I just click on the lightsaber and zzzzwwwwaaaaappppp!!

I would say it took a good 2-3 months beofore I saw any differance in the 200 ish or so that were all over the back of a rock on the bottom of my rock pile. but after 3-4 its clear <knock on wood> The wrass plugged the one I saw on about day 3-4 so it may have been injured in transfering it to the tank.

I would say if I did it again I would not use the pippett they give you. If they come in a bottle put the bottle in the tank and let them crawl out. If you can do the same with the bag <mine came in a bag and it sucks> I would.

The best bet would be a QT tank place a infected rock in there and the next day when they are sleeping take the rock and place it in your tank with all flow off.

The trick is to get them to roll up in a ball before sucking them up with the pipette and then with no current in the tank place then on the rock right next to a aptaisia stock. And then pray they start laying eggs, and watch so you do not scrape the eggs off the glass.

Hi,
Sorry i missed your email it went to my spam box, Wrasses can eat berghia but berghia are primarily nocturnal to avoid predation. Wrasses "sleep" at night in the rockwork so generally they are not a big concern with berghia when they are acclimated and added correctly.

Yes that is my intention, I also changed the list on page 2. At this time I would be willing to pay $25 for shipping with the others paying $10 each for shipping. I will need to get with Kyle later this week to see what he thinks? Also if another person jumps on the list shipping would be $10 and mine would go down to $15.

Glad everything worked out. Patience will be the big thing because until they lay eggs it will be a very slow process. Remember to watch when cleaning your glass so there are no egg strings there. And if it works out like it has in the past for me in a few months when aptaisia is gone and you find one on your glass in the am catch it and pass it on. It is better if you can catch two.
