ok so I've been using the nextreef reactor for a while. but I can never just settle and after chatting with my buddy we decided this design was worth trying. so first off this quality material and love the unions to remove and clean hose connections. second no plates to clog, cone shape at bottom creates a nice tumble. the top has a cup with a screen which is also a great design. with a ball valve flow is so easy to adjust.
thanks to Elegant Reef for getting this in for me, love supporting LFS

So that is the flow you want to achieve with pellets? Also which pellets are you using? I am up to something so I will probably have alot more questions to come... :)

I keep my flow right at the point to where I get good turn over and nothing is staying stuck at bottom. that's why I like this design on the reactor. I use Eco bak by Warner marine, and of course I get it at elegant reef. so happy be gets it all in so I don't have to order over net.

kevin when ever you got questions just ask or call or text me. i am very happy with them and how they have helped keep nitrates down.

Nice looking setup, you run alot more flow through your reactor then I did. I do like the looks of that reactor, seems to be a better design then the nextreef reactors.
