I traded few corals with a fellow reefer out in California and fedex never showed up this morning.. Called them up and they said package miss the flight from lax to Texas and now it won't be delivered till tomorrow... That sucks when u hve some high $$ cherries in it....
Now I hve experienced delays before as shipper and hve never had any frags died on me when they were a day late but dnt know how will a couple 5 to 6" show pieces will react in this situation ... Keeping my fingers crossed ... I hope they come fine...

That's never fun. One of the risks of shipping livestock the week of Christmas. I was paranoid about the electronics I ordered, much less live goods!

To be on the safe side, contact the shipper and see if they insured the products. UPS/FedEx applies only 100.00 for insurance unless the shipper specifies otherwise. If the shipper insured for the full amount, they should be safe from any hassle. If they die, it is on the fault of the shipper, and you should be refunded to the very last penny.
