Of awesome customer service. I bought a starfish my wife liked last night. Well I woke up this morning and he wasn't doing so hot. I talked to John and Steven, they let me trade him out for some coral. They tested my water and helped me bring up my Ph, which is prob why the starfish didn't do so well. The starfish was still alive and moved to a better home.

Cool! What kind of starfish was it? I bought a Pink Fromia star about a week ago and it is doing great!

That's what it was I believe...I woke up this morning and the pink tips were gone. Steven took him for his tank...which was pretty impressive itself.

Polly's has never disappointed me. What's especially great is that you don't have to talk to the owner/manager to get stuff resolved. Each and every employee seems to be willing and able to take care of you and what you need and that's nice. :)

Hey not a problem, I am always glad to help out anybody with their tank.. It is part of my addiction LOL. Hope those star polyps do well for you, and just bring in a sample of your water in about a week or so to test for you pH and KH again. Also thanks for the props on my tank lol.
