WTB- Desktop computer system

Looking for a used desktop computer system, running XP or Vista Home Edition. Prefer tower/minitower, at least two gigs memory, monitor not necessary (have one). Must be in good working order, since I already have a broken computer, LOL.

I don't want to spend a fortune :) I don't need a gaming system or any such. It's been so long since I had a tower, I am not sure what a fair price is.

That's why I'm asking here, I trust that my fellow MAASTards won't do a number on me :)

I'd just buy a new one from one of the big-box stores, on sale. Doesn't sound like you need much. A few hundred $$ and you should be there.

I have a ZT Systems Desktop with Quad Processor 3.2ghz, 6GB RAM, 500GB hard drive.

Comes with Keyboard, mouse, tower, Windows Vista 64-bit, all for $360. Paid $1200 2 years ago. Was going to list on CL for $400.

Still in good shape and the tower is shiny black. ZT has mixed reviews. It's an off brand but you can get more power for your money. I have never had any problems with it and have done a lot of graphical/web work on it as well as light video editing.
