Ok, I live in the Castle Hills area (NC San Antonio). I already sent the guy an order, but I asked that it be postponed until we can work this whole thing out since I want to add crabs and a starfish to my order. I have never done this before, does someone have experience with a group order? I am thinking the easiest way would be to order all our stuff independently but have them shipped together. Then we just pick up our stuff. John ships on Wednesdays, is Thursday a good day for anyone to receive?

I take that back, orders can be shipped any day. I am good to receive on Wednesdays, provided everyone can pick up their stuff before 4. Let me know your availabilities.

Each of us order independently, then the order is identified by the group order name of the organizer. It all gets sent to you, and we have to pick up from you. Let me check to see where castle hills area is. If you're talking about this wednesday I may be out. But let me check anyway.

Are you close to your benchmark for free shipping?

I asked John to hold my order until next week. I'm still $125 short of free overnight. With a few more I'm sure we can manage it though. I can receive next Wednesday though I am not available after 5. Let me know.

After reading John's rules, I am $200 short of free shipping. Worse case scenario we each pay a little for shipping though. I can receive. I will need advise on setting up a temp holding tank, though.
