One payment would be the easiest overall, wouldn't it? Keep a list of what was ordered, total the money, pay for it, everyone collects their stuff. Sounds simple to me. Especially if everyone pays Paypal to the ordering party.

I'm in. When do you want to finalize the order?

Yes that would be super simple.

Just as a word of caution though: I still haven't heard from them about my missing item. So that would be a bummer for whoever participates in a group buy and doesn't get his/her stuff and no refund either. Especially if several people order the same thing. Let's say you order 4 sponges but only get 3. How do you decide who's the one whose sponge is missing?
