I have two tank bred barbouri seahorses one male and one female. I am asking $60 for each pony, obo. I would also consider a trade for perhaps an ro/di unit, a skimmer, or even some other cool non-aggressive fish. They are about seven months old. They are good eaters and have been fed frozen hikari mysis and the occasional live adult brine. For seahorses these two are fairly active, particularly the female. Currently they share a tank with two clownfish, a goby, and some peppermint shrimp. I have recently upgraded from a 40gal to a 125gal and would like to house more fish. The seahorses' finicky nature prevent this from happening. They are a very unique addition to most saltwater aquariums. Do not be intimidated by these ponies, I can easily explain the care necessary to keep them. They are hardy and used to aquarium life. I am sad to see them go but I am ready to move on. Thanks :)
Update: Finally after seven months it's apparent that these two are a mated pair, as they gave birth this morning! Sadly the babies have died because I was not prepared for this and the current was too high in my tank. All the babies swallowed air and could not sink like they are supposed to. At any rate, they successfully mated, which means they will again.
