Need help CJ Standpipe

I would like to redo the standpipes in my overflow to the CJ (silent) style, the noise is officially driving me nuts. Does anyone know what parts I would need to make one? Preferably similar to the style on nautilusreef, and if by chance those particular parts are not readily acessible locally, does anyone know who might still be making these? I only need 1 for my 90gal RR.

i would save the time and trouble and get a maggie muffler, i have one on my g/f tank and its great. i got mine at aquarium design.
