Supposedly is uses the same Cree and fixture is thinner than AI sol and it uses 75 wt a bit more powerful and is controlled wirelessly....

I wonder if the new sol units will come with the same leds as the pheonix is coming out with? I am also wondering how big of an upgrade these cree are, if at all?

Oh and on their website if you purchased a sol within the last month they are giving you a free controller. They have the dates and what not up on the homepage to get more specific.

They also have a new controller (wireless) which can control both the older units, and the newer units. I believe the newer ones also have different color led options coming... w00t! I'll add 2 of these to my 3 SOL blues at some point :)
