8/20/11 BOD Meeting (3rd Qtr)
Location: Elegant Reef - 9 AM

1. $500 Hannah and Zach Roescher Memorial Scholarship (Marine Aquatic Studies): Put together and presented by Ace...read and approved by all BOD's present. Paperwork will be proof read and any corrections/changes will be made.
2. September Meeting: Tank Tour - Date to be set later for end of month - Kristy/Mike to organize - ask foe help as needed - discussed possibly doing it as an open house style event and BBQ afterwards
3. October Frag Swap: Location (Easter Seals) and date (29th) under discussion / Mike will confirm location/date. To include Equipment Swap and raffles. John P. will let Jon R. know what help is needed.
Entry Fee for Non Members: $5.00 or frag, Age 13 & younger: No Charge, Charter Members: No Charge
Food: Check with Eve on BBQ - BOD's bring 1 dish
4. November Meeting: Possible "Make Fish Food" meeting. Location (Bass Pro Shop) and date (6th or 13th) under discussion. No volunteers at this time.
5. December Meeting: End of year meeting - Location (Easter Seals) and date (3rd) to be worked on. Mike to confirm location/date. If possible, need to schedule as soon as possible due to Holiday season.
6. L*MAR: Date of March 10th, 2012 confirmed. Deposit made. Civic Center in Schertz, TX - Need to work on more vendors & less speakers (2-3)
7. Check into MAAST Insurance for Events.
8. Elections: Nominations begin at the end of November - Elections probably will start around December Meeting
