Whose got the minutes???

I'm guessing the BOD has conducted regular meetings this year? Where are the minutes? It's been 5 months since the last one was posted.

The last time someone brought up this topic the thread turned very ugly, so I would like this discussion to remain civil. I am not trying denigrate the elected leadership with this question, however, I am curious as to what is being discussed by the BOD in 2011.

The Secretary has had some issues come up and has been unable to finish the minutes in a timely manner. She has told the BOD that they should be up with in a couple of days. I can understand the want and right to know what has been discussed. All I can ask is for patience and hopefully they will be posted for all charter members to see shortly.

Thanks John. Not trying to step on anyone's toes here. I'm looking at the by laws and didn't see any sort of time stipulation, so if they're going to be up soon, then that satisfies my concern.
