African Exquisite Wrasse

Does anybody know about the juvenile african exquisite wrasse? Mine has a white dot that changes colors to a pinkish purple on its nose. Is this common for this wrasse?

It is common for fairy wrasses to have variations in color patterns. Here is a pic of the one that I had in my 240 Gallon.
