JT brings up a good point. A great design with weak magnets will fall but even a bad design with strong magnets will hold your frags up albeit maybe not nicely.
When buying a frag rack, I'd looks at the quality/strength of the magnets.
Just my $0.02.

i love the design of the magnets they use (its wrapped in acrylic ) so that they dont rust ... there just not strong enough ...

I use Wet Acrylic frag racks. They are a sponsor here on MAAST check out mrcobscorals.com Jack makes them localy and they work and look great. He will even take custom orders.

I like mine I have the corner rack, fully loaded with plugs it doesn't move a bit with my vortech turned up.

This is the rack I made myself, nothing fancy just some acrylic and suction cups until I get my magnets then I will start making racks on the side. I put a small lip around it so the snails and such won't knock anything off but other than that its pretty simple. but hey, it works for me right now.

Since I already bought 2 of the eshopps, I use it with a mag float to hold it in place.

the lip around it is a great idea my fish like to pop the frags out of the holder it self

mag float + zip ties + plastic eggcrate (like in the picture on tonys post) = cheap and easy frag rack with stuff most of us have around the house already being fish freaks

the lip around the ledge seemed to make sense to me but maybe thats just me. I found that it allows you to place frags on flat tiles on it without worry also.
