If they are from any coast around here, they are probably Molly miller blennies rather than lawnmower. They're cute little guys!

sorry to hijack your thread a bit jorge, but please do not release those fish. from an environmental standpoint, it can be harmful to the ecosystem if they picked up anything while being housed with your non-native fish/corals in your system. even non-native bacteria or parasites can become an invasive species and cause problems in our local ecosystem.

Isn't it illegal to release them back?

if for any reason you get to the point that you need to get rid of them all...I'll take them and pass them out to customers through our local pickups for free.

Jorje, good seeing you again man.

I gave one blenny to Louie and I have one left....free to anyone that wants it. Only catch...must pick up at one of our local pickups on Wednesday evenings. It's in my sump and I put a rock in there with algae.

Good point ace thanks for catching that. Well Blennies are all gone I gave the last of them to rob last night. Speaking of rob, sup bud. Good seeing you too. As always you have your game tight. Thanks for the acclimating kit an the free-bee. I think that's a great idea and an excellent way to get people to practice better acclamation.

I just want to say thanks to Jorge and Rob for the blenny. He acclimated well and just saw him munching away on frozen spirulina brine. That was a surprise to see. Anyways thanks guys for the little guy, his little mo-hawk is pretty cool. Just got to think of a name for him..mmm..I'm thinking Mr. T sounds good LOL!
