Hey guys,

I'm in San Antonio for a business trip (VPP Conference) and I'm staying down on the Riverwalk. I was wanting to know if there were any mush see aquarium stores in the area, or within a short driving distance from downtown SA. I'm looking for that store that has awesome show tanks, rare livestock, kill SPS frags, you name it.

Can you guys point me in the right direction?

ok, so i totally missed out on visiting the fish stores. just wasn't able to peel away from the group long enough. i actually started driving to aquarium designs but got called back to a meeting so i had to turn around. was going to hit them up on my way out of SA but they don't open until noon and i had to be back in houston for my bro's wedding rehearsal.

all that said, my wife want's to go back so SA for our anniversary. so...i'll get to hit up the stores then and have a lot more free time.

If you want good prices go to Ed,s (phenomenal aquatics) on bandera and echert. Try getting there Wednesday he will have plenty to choose from. Very nice guy his mission is to move fish not keep fish therefore he has the best prices.

Ok, back in SA for tonight and leaving tomorrow. Already hit up Aquarium Designs. They have a phenomenally friendly staff, but not the rare and exciting saltwater livestock I've been jonesing for. Might hit up the store on Bandera near 410 (Alamo I think?). I've been there years ago, but don't remember too much about it.
