Chaeto Macro Algae?

I want to set up my sump so I can keep it. Whats the best light to use with minimal heat output to grow the algae? Would also like to see pics of forum members set-up and greatly appreciate any input.....:)

CFL spotlights would be best for minimal heat transfer.
