ok so Ish got in contact with Happy Corals, so here's the order: I would like to get this done ASAP ,those of you wanting the "happy zoa" they are going fast due to article on reefbuilders. when is the earliest everyone can order.... I'm good to go now. I would like to paypal the money individually more info to come.

Just talked to the guy. Christian is his name. Here are his shipping rates:

0 - 225 = $45
226 - 325 = $30
326+ = $20

He supports group buys by either allowing someone to order for the entire group or we you paypal individually and put MAAST or whatever order name in the comment box (you'd have to let him know first).

nah I got this from another forum. Happy corals posted this pic for the HPE. Here is a link http://www.michiganreefers.com/forums/selling-forums/116803-happy-people-eaters.html. I also found some daytime shots of them if anyone wants to see them. These shots are from their facebook website.

This is all gonna be shipped to one address, then split up, right? Those cold packs and all that are just so darned expensive

yes,not so much packing than the actual overnight shipping that's expensive.

They should at least make the individual polyp requests like when we did the Group order with Midwest Frags. They broke the order in the frag counts 3/2/4/2 etc and shipped to one location. This would make it easy for break-up at delivery. Chris, you should ask them for that option.

Understood Chris. If you do go forward with the order, let me know cause I'll still jump in on it. But I already told you about my dealing with him and that SPS colony he was going to put on the site specifically for me....so I completely understand if he didn't give you that warm and fuzzy feeling either.

I've asked about how payment will made, when can we start( any specific start end date, notes needed so he knows person ordering is part of group order) what is needed for free shipping. last email I told him we 25-30 polyps spoken for plus i was buying some SPS. asked when we can start and to proceed with placing order this is his response: "Orders can be shipped out the next day of being submitted. I just recieved a shipment of nice milliest. Are you planning multiple payments?"

LOL, these guys are amazing...to stay in business. Best bet is to talk on the phone. Bad vibe so far, but still might be worth the effort. Thanks for trying.

I have spoken to the guy over the phone and he seemed like a nice enough guy. Not rude and returned my phone calls, but there is just something a little off.

What happened to me was he had this very nice colony he was selling frags of. I asked him what he would charge for a mini colony, and he said he would put the entire colony up on the website so I could purchase it. When he did it, I was on my way to camp bullis for evening training. He called me and told me that it was on the site. I told him that I wasn't going to be home until midnight or so, he said no problem i'll take it off and throw it back up there at midnight so you could purchase it.

When I got home, first thing I did was log on shortly before midnight and I didn't see it. So I call him the next day and told him that he didn't place the colony on the site. He said "oh I had gone to dinner and forgot to take it off the site. Someone else has it in his basket and he paid for it. But if you wait I might get more later this week or next week." No apologies or anything. So that turned me off and i'll never do an order from him, unless it is something like this where someone organized it and I jumped on board.

Was a little upset at first, but then I got over it and it's just one of those things that I will remember. It has happened on a couple of occasions where I had made a gentleman's deal and agreed to purchase something then they sell / give the items to someone else. It is more disappointing when this happens than anything. But things I always keep in the back of my mind.

Either way, those are nice very nice zoas, but I don't think as buyers / customers we should have to expend ..... well Chris .... so much energy to do business with someone. I see it as begging and in this economy there are plenty of vendors that will be grateful to part us of our money.

Long story short, Thanks Chris for the attempt.

Last reply was friday i replied back right away and have not recieved a reply. all email are fowarded to my phone and work so i can reply right away. At this point i feel like im begging for his buisness, i know of one person who ordered and was happy with what they recieved from this site. so probally be easier to get together privately and just split shipping. Sorry i tried but im not going to play email tag.
